Pro Bono

​At Van Lawrence & Associates, we are committed to supporting access to justice within our community. We recognise that navigating the legal system can be complex and that many individuals face barriers to obtaining legal assistance when they need it most.​

As part of this commitment, we dedicate time to pro bono work that provides legal support to individuals who require assistance with legal processes but may not otherwise be able to access legal guidance, including situations where individuals may not qualify for “no win, no fee” arrangements or other forms of funded legal representation.​

Our pro bono work may include legal research, preparation of documentation, and assistance with court-related matters, undertaken under the supervision and direction of Van Lawrence & Associates. Through this work, we aim to contribute in a practical and meaningful way to improving access to legal support and helping individuals engage more confidently with the justice system.​
 

Pro bono assistance relates to legal services provided by our firm without charge.

However, clients remain responsible for any court filing fees, disbursements, or other third-party costs that may arise in the course of a matter.​

Due to limited capacity, we assess pro bono requests on a case-by-case basis.​
